My room was incredibly dusty and had a foul urine smell in the bathroom. The air conditioning blew out dust, making it uncomfortable to breathe while trying to sleep. I was very disappointed after a long flight to find such poor cleanliness standards. Thankfully, I was moved to a better room, but it shouldn't have come to that.

Air conditioning wasn't cooling as expected, and we couldn't get extra pillows despite needing them. Still, the convenience store and restaurants nearby were great for quick meals. Overall, our stay was enjoyable, but a few improvements would make it even better.

The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate our family. They were incredibly friendly, providing a complimentary pram for our little ones and rain umbrellas. Plus, the location was super convenient. we explored nearby parks and tried delicious local foods within walking distance.

In my wife’s opinion, the hotel should offer extra pillows for comfort. Our room only had two, which was tight for our family of four.
